ate their tan tan noodles at a Dough Zone Dumpling restaurant and they were terrible. The noodles were all clumped together, and when I bit into them, they tasted undercooked. They were also extremely salty. This isn’t the first time either — sometimes it’s okay, sometimes it’s not. But this time the noodles were unbearably salty. The chef must not have been in the mood to cook today.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Absolute Best Dan Dan Noodles & More! Dough Zone has officially become my go-to spot whenever I have a craving for Dan Dan noodles. The flavor is consistently spot-on, and you can really tell the difference with their homemade hand-tossed noodles—the texture is perfect every time. It’s also a massive hit with my family. My son can’t get enough of the Xiao Long Bao and the Pan Fried Buns; they are juicy, crispy in all the right places, and always disappear within minutes. We also tried the blanched kale on our last visit, and it was surprisingly delicious—a great fresh addition to balance out the meal. If you’re looking for authentic flavors and high-quality handmade dough, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is spacious, open and clean. We came during the weekend and didn't have to wait for a table. There is a lot of parking in a decent size parking lot. The food is so-so. The Sweet & Sour cucumbers is the best dish. The chew texture in the noodles is ok. The XLB is OK but the meat mixture inside seems dry. The shrimp and zucchini steamed dumplings are disappointing. The shrimps inside is hard and overcooked and the wrapping at the edge is tough and chewy. The beef pancake is good when it's made fresh only (we had bad ones before when it wasn't made fresh and was not served hot). The five-spiced beef shank appetizer is too dry. Overall, we've had better XLB and dumplings elsewhere.

This has become my favourite place for noodles and dumplings! Their noodle quality is fantastic - very much like hand-pulled noodles, they have that beautiful lightly chewy texture and the flavour of their sauces are good too. Xiaolongbao are good quality as are the wonton in chili oil, but my favourite is the beef noodles, they make the best lunch or dinner. Prices are great for the quality you get - if you're hungry, check the portion sizes because they're on the smaller end compared to what you might expect from westernised places, but for me this makes it super easy to have a few dishes to try at a time! I will be a regular here 😁

very kid friendly if your kid likes dumpling, bao and all of the variations. and the good add on is that, they have simple steam vegetables which are well steamed and fresh. For adult, there are all kinds of spicy noodles to pick from. Price is reasonable. Would go here again next time, definitely a family friendly place. We order XLB, shrimp and pork dumplings, spicy noodles and sesame noodles. The noddle is so good that we finish it before I can get a pic.
