The range of brands and selection here is incredible, but really only a small part of what makes this place so amazing. I really loved how the space is laid out and merchandised. Everything flows. I wasn't stuck browsing streetwear while my wife was elsewhere. There was something interesting for the both of us at each and every turn. Similarly, the staff and service here is beyond compare. Everyone we met was super friendly, welcoming and stylish as hell. In the end, we were helped by numerous folks while we were shopping.

DSM is more than just a store, it really feels like an experience every time I walk in. Whether you’re shopping for something specific or just checking out every brand’s installation/visual merchandising, it’s my favorite place to pop into and see what’s new time after time. I’ve purchased a few things and have to s/o Tyjze for his impeccable taste and help !!!! I just got myself a birthday gift and he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience (as he always does!). I highly recommend you ask for him next time you’re there! Also have to shoutout Kristin (?) for leading an incredible team there :)

Made a visit yesterday! Had the best experience ever. The whole staff was very kind & professional. I shopped at other stores in LA before, but never got the best experience for customer service wise. I will be back! I also want to mention Ryan V, the Asian guy! He helped me out so much yesterday (like literally almost the whole time I was there). Shout out to him. Hope the management lets him know about this review I’m writing! Let him know he did an excellent job! You guys are very lucky to have him on the team.

Finally made it to DSM Dtla. No explanation needed. Went just to look and check out Ashley Williams, but got completely swept away by Tejzi — and somehow walked out with an empty wallet. 🤪😱🤪😱🤪😱 He knows exactly what clients want. Effortless, intuitive, dangerous in the best way. Personally, I feel like DSM belongs downtown — but honestly, if it were on Sunset Boulevard, they’d sell even more. Of course, I’ll be back. Always. Walking into this store felt like stepping straight into a world of luxury with glowing displays, impeccable lighting and rows of high-end brands that immediately catch your eye. Miu miu, The Row, Balenciaga, Comme des Garçons and so many new artists I had never heard of. Everything was beautifully curated, from the statement pieces to the subtle everyday essentials that still felt elevated. What surprised me most was that, despite how upscale the place is, it never felt intimidating. The staff was welcoming without being pushy and the whole atmosphere had that perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Every item felt thoughtfully selected, high-quality and genuinely unique. Whether it was accessories, clothing or standout designer pieces, the store made it easy to fall in love over and over again. If you want a taste of luxury that feels accessible, inspiring and totally worth the splurge, this spot is a dream.
