Absolutely beautiful space with 24/7 access to all the amenities and perks you could ask for. Candace and the DW team do an amazing job of proactively seeking feedback and looking for ways to enhance the experience for their members. I also love how she is constantly thinking about which members need to meet each other and making connections within this location's community. What I personally appreciate most was been their willingness to experiment with their event programing to add as much value as possible for their members. These photos are from an improv happy hour which was an amazing way to get to know the other DW members at a deeper level. Suddenly I had a shared experience with people I had just been saying "hi" to for months that's made every time going there to work more comfortable and more like a home office.

Candace is hands-down the best there ever was! She is the absolute glue to the Downtown Works Mission Valley location. She creates such a genuine warmth in the space and is always looking for ways to connect members together and introduce everyone to her network of professionals. Also, she keeps the space SO clean. It sounds simple, but the cleanliness goes such a long way in making it comfortable and easy to just sit down, focus, and work from every day. Candace constantly goes above and beyond to create fun events and bring in food trucks for us and all the surrounding businesses. The kitchen is always stocked with snacks, and having local drinks on tap is the perfect touch. The overall vibe is great, the design is literally set up for your success, and there’s a really nice variety of conference rooms for whatever size team or meeting you have. But really, at the end of the day, Candace is the one who makes this place what it is!

I’ve been working remotely for about six years and was starting to feel claustrophobic working from home. I decided to try a day pass at Downtown Works Mission Valley, and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived, the Community Manager, Candace, was incredibly welcoming and gave me a tour of the beautiful space. The open desk area has plenty of extra monitors, convenient power outlets, and comfortable seating. The soundproof phone rooms are perfect for Teams/Zoom calls, and the adjacent outdoor workspace with Wi-Fi is great for a screen-free lunch or simply a change of scenery. The building’s dedicated parking garage makes getting in and out easy, and the complimentary coffee and snacks are just the icing on the cake. I found it much easier to focus and be productive compared to working from home, so becoming a member was an easy decision. A few months in, I’m really enjoying the separation between work and home life that I hadn’t realized I’d been missing for years. I’m grateful to have found Downtown Works and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, professional coworking space.

Downtown Works Mission Valley has been such an incredible coworking space experience for me. I have been here almost 6 months. The environment is professional, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. My clients love to visit. A huge part of what makes this location so exceptional is Candace, the manager. She keeps everything running smoothly with an amazing attention to detail.. Whether it’s helping coordinate meetings, assisting members, or creating a positive atmosphere every single day, she goes above and beyond in every way. What really stands out is how much Candace genuinely cares about the community. She’s constantly thinking about ways to connect members, encourage networking, and create meaningful relationships within the space. Her positivity, professionalism, and dedication make a huge impact and elevate the entire experience at Downtown Works Mission Valley. Highly recommend this coworking space to anyone looking for a productive, supportive, and well-managed environment!

I've been a member at Downtown Works Mission Valley for four months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The shared office space is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It is exactly what you want in a coworking environment. A huge shoutout to office manager Candace, who consistently goes out of her way to make both the space and its members feel welcome. Her attention to detail really helps foster the wonderful sense of community that sets this place apart. Practically speaking, the location is easy and accessible to get to, with the added bonus of free on-site parking and 24-hour access.
