Daly City is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Daly City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Bad experience. I couldn't attend a funeral, so I ordered flowers through this funeral home's recommended florist. The price was substantially higher than what I would have paid by ordering online. Worst of all, I never received any confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I had to reach out to the grieving family to ask if the flowers even arrived, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate during such a sensitive time. I definitely do not recommend buying flowers from Duggan's suggested flower shop, order them from online stores instead.

We cannot express how disappointed we were with Duggans Mortuary. Six months ago, we worked with Angela Pious and met with her days after our loved one had passed. She was cordial during the meeting and answered our questions, however, the meeting was long, as several clerical errors were made and she had to go back and forth to correct errors. She explained what our options were, however, the overall atmosphere at Duggans was impersonal. After consulting with another funeral home, we learned that Angela had provided us with inaccurate information on several occasions. On top of that, she failed to return multiple phone calls and text messages, extremely unprofessional behavior given the circumstances. When we decided to move to another funeral home due to Angela's unprofessionalism, we emailed her regarding a billing question. She NEVER answered these emails to offer clarification. We are extremely disappointed by the complications Duggans had with funeral services. Poor customer service and follow up. We should not have been taken advantage of during this time. Would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.

My brother passed away recently and we picked Duggar’s-Serra and I’m so beyond grateful. The Prices and packages for the services are reasonable and the customer service was immaculate. They helped us and took care of my brother and handled it with love and care. We had a viewing and those who helped my brother with the viewing did an amazing job. I cannot Express my gratitude to the funeral director and those who helped with my brothers service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

One staff member who called herself Karen tried to ruin a dear friend’s service. Staff guided us in, we all stood quietly in a room waiting to be led in. A woman with short hair came In proclaiming her name was Karen and she said she felt the need to behave like a Karen, she proceeded to inform us our group was “too much” we all looked confused, we all were standing silently in the room the staff led us to. She started telling us all to go stand outside and wait for the service. We all went and stood by our cars in the parking lot waiting. She came out and said only his parents and wife were aloud inside during the service. There were 40 chairs and she only allowed 15 guests in during the service. When the viewing time came another staff member told us we were aloud to walk through. The whole time Karen was waiving her arms like a traffic controller telling us to hurry up while viewing our deceased friends body, she was standing next to his body rushing us. After she came out to us waiting for the other loved ones to come out she came to complain about our presence. While talking to the family, quietly of course family mentioned she rushed the families service as well. Rushing the

I would rate this place higher as I’ve had multiple loved ones have been taken care of here, but the funeral director named Karen made the last viewing frustrating all because she wanted to throw a temper tantrum when she could have easily spoken in a more calm and professional manner. Instead, she immediately barged into the room with an attitude and told our group we have too many people and started acting like she was a victim even when we followed her orders and made a single file line like she asked. We never gave her attitude back as we just wanted have proper service for our loved one, but before even half of us had been able to pay our respects she flipped out again and started yelling at people to go to their cars and start leaving. People were trying to figure out where we going to go to next and then Karen comes out again yelling about pressing trespassing charges on everyone there unless we leave immediately. Karen’s attitude was the worst part of the whole ceremony, and she definitely needs to be reported for her lack of care in this type of industry where that should be the of the utmost importance especially when dealing with grieving families.

Christine has been a pleasure to work with, she has been incredibly compassionate and understanding during a difficult time and she has been very kind and flexible with the delicacy of the situation. Theresa was a godsend in making sure I got some last minute arrangements I didn't expect. All in all everyone here has been incredibly compassionate during an unthinkable situation.
