I got a scratch the length of the passenger side door of my brand new BMW i4. I called Elite Auto Body and they got me in the same day. They fixed the scratch in 10 to 15 minutes. The repair was flawless. There is no evidence of the scratch at all. The customer service was beyond excellent. I cannot recommend Elite Auto Body enough. I would take my car back in a heartbeat!

I had an amazing experience with Elite Auto Body— from start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. I got front-end PPF and all-around tint done, and the results exceeded my expectations. The team was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, made scheduling easy, kept great communication, and finished right on time. The quality of their work is top-notch—my car looks flawless and feels well protected. I don't write reviews very often, but these guys at Elite are an exemplary crew in all ways. Nobody wants to have to visit a body shop, but they are so upbeat, polite, sweet, positive, and funny that it hurts less than it normally would.  Hutch is an awesome guy, and Levon has an incredible personality, too! They are knowledgeable and great at explaining things and keeping you posted. Varden (unsure of the spelling) is very sweet, too. The entire place has a pleasant and positive vibe. They ordered the parts, and after everything was painted and dried, they told me to come by, and the work was done in two hours! Fast and efficient is wonderful, but more than that, their work is sublime!  I was a bit unsure that they could precisely match the paint, but it looks showroom new. I cannot praise them enough and would not hesitate to recommend Elite to anybody. They are excellent!

The rear passenger right door of my parked car got damaged, and Levon was great at keeping me updated during the repairs. The replacement door, panels, and paint job is top-notch—it looks like nothing ever happened. I definitely recommend this shop for their quick service and friendly staff.

Superb job! I'm a Porsche client at Sublime Silverlake, and was recommended to Elite Auto Body when a seagull smacked into my passenger side mirror, damaging the cover. They did an excellent job of painting the replacement piece, and gave me an excellent price! I would highly recommend them!
