This place is awful. It looks all nice and pretty from the outside but the inside is a total mess. I the dorms are by far the worst: no ac, louvers on the windows that close uncontrollably for hours at a time preventing any natural light from entering the room, exposed plumbing that makes strange and abnormally loud noises that will keep you up all night (bring earplugs!), and just a generally lifeless/depressing postmodern layout/design. the rest of the building is lifeless and impossible to navigate and feels like it was designed by a drunkard nimrod who spent a little too much time designing the outside and not enough time on the inside. They also dont bother to tell you that they charge like $800 for parking until you are already there. Hopefully if you are thinking about staying here for a semester you reconsider your options.

Attended a meeting here (Hollywood4WRD) great facility, large outdoor patio was perfect for the events meet & greet and refreshments. Room for our meeting was great, sound system & audio visual setup top notch. Lots of parking, including bicycle and they have lots of security (which is much needed in Hollywood with our current state of affairs). Unique building/architecture.

A nice place to live during the summer semester. Friendly staff and security. Good perks to be there with the common room kitchen, gym and yoga room, and the studio/film spaces. Lots of parking spaces for all students. Also being right on Sunset Blvd is mighty convenient.

Seeing that they have been getting rain in Los Angeles the last few days, I am reminded of a situation that developed here during this previous spring semester, when one of my kids attended. When we took them to the school in January, it was during the atmospheric rivers that were deluding the city. Like many buildings in SoCal, this one has a partial outdoor exposure, which can cause problems during times of heavy rain. There was water buildup in the hallway that accesses the residential units while we were moving in. I wouldn't call it flooding, but it was at least puddling, and an inconvenience while moving in. I figured rain that heavy was so unusual it wouldn't be a persistent problem, but it turned out even heavier rain was yet to come. My kid reported that water buildup was an issue through much of the semester, and I reported it to the L.A. facility first, then later to the main campus in Boston. I did get a response after contacting Boston, coming from the L.A. facility, telling me that they would be addressing the problem. I hope this review will help keep the issue in front of them. Heavy rains are infrequent in L.A. but they are not unheard of. I would not expect Eme

don't know much about the school but the building is breathtakingly gorgeous.
