Great experience at EōS thanks to Ryan and Kevin! Ryan is an awesome trainer who explains everything clearly and guides you through each step with great attention to detail. Kevin was very helpful during the sign-up process and made everything easy. Both are professional, friendly, and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a couple of training sessions with Ryan, and he’s been fantastic. He does a great job explaining exercises and techniques in a way that’s easy to understand, making sure you’re doing everything correctly and safely. What I appreciate most is how he helps you work toward your goals step by-step, keeping the process realistic and motivating. I’d also like to mention Kevin, the gym representative, who was extremely helpful during the sign-up process. He made everything easy, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service from the start. Thank you so much Kevin for referring us to Ryan! Love to the Staff they have been very helpful with getting us In and the towel services is always on paint, also do your part as a member and keep it clean they have the staff but let’s do our part as well, is a Great Gym and we are Very Happy, Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I highly recommend both Ryan and Kevin to anyone joining the gym or looking for personal training.

I have been extremely disappointed with EOS Fitness since it took over what was previously Gold’s Gym. The overall quality and maintenance of the facility have declined significantly. The steam room has been broken for an extended period of time with little to no communication about repairs. Our clothing steamer is missing, the bathing suit soaking machine has been broken for weeks, Many of the exercise machines are frequently out of service, making it difficult to complete workouts. On top of that, the gym often appears dirty, with equipment and common areas not being cleaned regularly. It is dirty all the time and I am an early morning gym arrival, I should find a brand new clean facility. Members pay monthly dues expecting a clean, functional, and well-maintained facility. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. What was once a gym I enjoyed coming to has become frustrating due to the lack of upkeep and attention to member concerns. I hope management takes these issues seriously and invests in maintaining the facility so members receive the quality service they are paying for.

Wow, I was really pleasantly surprised by this gym. It’s modern, spacious, and they offer 3-hour validated parking, huge plus! I came in on a Tuesday morning, and it was quite busy, but they have tons of machines, so I was able to get a good workout. The setup is really nice, with plenty of space to move around. I did notice an older lady trying to leg press 450 lbs impressive hahah but she didn’t seem to actually lift it. She sat there for a while, then got up without putting the weights back, and someone had to politely confront her about it. Rerack your weights, be respectful of others, and clean your equipment, basic gym etiquette. The facility is clean, the staff friendly! Some of the signs are outdated, which is a bit odd!

I purchased the towel service for $10 monthly. After about 7 days of trying to access the machine to get my towels it kept denying me access. Every time I told the front desk people to give me a towel as the machine would deny my access they would take me to the machine so they can verify Im scanning properly. The same employee helped me 4 out of the 7 days . Making me feel as if I didn’t know how to scan or as if I’m lying about the s service. I got tired and cancelled and requested a refund with ZACHARY the manager . Since March 22 he keeps telling me my refund is on the way and that it got approved . I feel like he is just not helping me . On top of that I feel like since the transition between golds and Eos the gym over all isn’t as clean as before .
