BEWARE!!! Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and unaccountable. They don't admit their mistakes and instead double down, deny, and gaslight to make it worse. They completely ghosted us when we needed critical temp staffing. Crystal went MIA and didn't respond to any emails or phone calls. We followed up multiple times to receive service. I have records of all the ignored calls and emails checking on the status of our request. Luckily we found someone else. When I raised it to Management later, then she suddenly reappeared and pretended like she updated us when there is absolutely no evidence or trail of this. We would never recommend Expert Staffing West to anyone. UPDATE: Extremely shady as well. After leaving this review, the President of the company Ted Bright left a voicemail on my personal phone threatening me claiming something very legally risky and inaccurate as leverage and retaliation to pressure me to remove my review. I could sue him for doing this but am sparing him the embarrassment. I felt extremely uncomfortable and violated. He went on to accuse us that it's OUR fault they couldn't staff us, and then asks me to call him back to "work this out so we can get this

Expertstaffing found me on indeed. And my consultant Cody found me a great job within a week. He guided though the interview process as well as the in borading process. They are great with short notices and communication which for me is key with my production needs. Cody, Eva and Paulina are fantastic!!
