I had a really great experience with the customer service at Fix. AROD helped us out and he was honestly awesome. He was really friendly, respectful, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and wants everyone to have a good time. He answered our questions, checked in to make sure everything was good, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Service like that really makes a place stand out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had.

It was our friends birthday and they gave us a free bottle of champagne and a free table!! Amazing service!

Security guard tried barging in on me and my friend while using the toilet (despite telling him multiple times that we were in the middle of peeing - undies down), and didn’t let us use the bathrooms near the bar despite both of us being over 21… gave no explanation as to what we were doing wrong (which was nothing, we were literally just trying to pee and leave since we were there from a previous 21+ only event) and the bathrooms that we were sent to use fully had a 3 inch gap in the stalls so couldn’t even close or lock it so excuse us for going to the only one that had a door that would at least close (still didn’t even have a lock). Absolutely inappropriate and disgusting behavior.

i have never left a negative review before but this pushed me. we payed 100 for 5 people.. it was INSANELY overcrowded and overheated. nobody could move genuinely, and it was hard to breathe because of how humid it was. there was no room to dance, they packed way too many people there was no crowd control. also, one of the security dudes is unusually physically aggressive? which is not a trait they should have haha, especially as a figure of authority.. just don’t go

$20 entry per person for this low-budget, dollar-store version of a Christmas bar. It’s more “sad prison holiday party” than festive pop-up. The setup is rough: plastic folding chairs and tables covered in thin plastic tablecloths, plus cushioned benches that look like they were scooped up from Facebook Marketplace. The overall vibe is closer to an elementary school Christmas event in a cement-floored gym where everyone forgot to show up. Even the bartenders seem aware of the low energy, trying to make up for it with overwhelmingly loud Christmas music that only adds to the chaos. Definitely not worth the hype.
