Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Los Angeles is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I called to check for availability on a set of the tires 240/60/18 and was quoted 555.75 for some Hankook tires. The price was for installation and balancing and I am happy with the price. I saved my self about 300$ vs going to a big name tire shop. I sent my wife to get to the tires install and she was on the phone with me while I heard her say she wanted the β€œHankook Tires” that they had quoted me and the sells person said β€œyes they’re Hankook Tires.” When I get home, I find these Laufenn tires on my car. Laufenn tires are manufacturer by Hankook but by no means can you sell these as Hankook tires. It’s like saying i want a Lexus but get sold a Toyota instead because Toyota manufactures Lexus so it’s okay. Please do not mislead customers and just be transparent. I would have been okay if you had told me you were selling me Laufenn tires and letting me know they’re made by Hankook. But selling me Laufenn tires as Hankook tires was not a good look.

OMG!! The price is fair, but OMG the wait!!!! The workers are super SLOW!!!!! They are just too much!!! I wonder if it’s worth the 4 hour wait, specially if you come from far away. Saving 20 to 30 dollars might not be worth the wait. Horrible service

Enter through the sidewalk (Estrella Ave and Slauson) and line up next to the cones. Incredible prices and speedy service! From the cashier's to the installers, everyone was super friendly. I even met the owner, Jerry. What a nice guy! I will say waiting to get out after your car has been done is the worst part. Expect a wait time at most places, especially here with such great deals!

First, I want to give a big thank you to Jennifer and Brent, very professional and personable!! Also big thank you to the mechanics in the shop, they do efficient and quick work. I was able to wait on my car. I visited the 61st street location, my first time, and without my husband. Other places I checked out in my opinion saw female and the prices and charges were ridiculous, one place was trying to charge me to take the tires off and put the new ones on! But not here. I received awesome and fair service and great prices. I received 4 brand new tires, then 2 weeks later I had my front control arms replaced and a wheel alignment. This is definitely my go to place for tires and various services they provide for my vehicle. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!
