Update: in addition to the prior review, good luck on finding parking at the little Italy location. I had finally managed to get some Pilates classes there but will be charged a $30 fee for this past one I had to miss because their available parking is so few and far between. So, validated parking there means nothing. Now for this location: the main group fitness studio now smells of urine like at Chuze Fitness. The β€œheated” yoga classes are warm at best because they are sandwiched between other types of classes. This is no longer a luxury gym. Prior review: Used to be a great gym but anymore I've had little motivation to come. It's cleaner than most gyms but I loved the spin bike room and they got rid of it. In place of probably 60 spin bikes they added just 8 reformers (because they're so large). I tried giving pilates a shot even though it's not my cup of tea but couldn't give it a full chance because the classes fill up within minutes of them getting opened. Fit's solution to that? A higher paid option to get first priority access; As if we don't already pay $200/mo here. So I migrated to mat pilates. To my disgust the wrist/ankle weights had a putrid smell coming from them fr

Probably the best gym in San Diego. Men's locker room just received a much needed refresh with brand new lockers and new paint. You can't beat the view of Petco Park. Rooftop pool area is great to just relax. I can't really comment on the crowd because I typically go around 2pm during the week. My only complaint (and it's very minor) is the Red Light Therapy booking system. The reservations for both machines book up pretty quickly. However, there have been multiple times where I am in the recovery area on the compression or massage chairs (usually 30 minutes) and both red light machines are vacant but no time slots available to book. Even though the front desk told me they were fully booked the rest of the evening. I think if it's 5-10 minutes past someone's booking time and they have not shown up, then the time slot should be reopened for someone else to book. Thankfully, I've been able to get in sometimes with the help of the front desk.

Best gym I've ever been a part of. The staff and management pay close attention to the little details. Towel service, red light therapy, cold plunge, pool, wet and dry sauna, cryotherapy, massage chairs, compression therapy, Fit classes which include yoga and Pilates and more. The weight machines are all top notch and Fit immediately fixes any machine that goes down, which I appreciate immensely. Thank you, Fit East Village!

The gym is very spacious and equipped with the best machines, especially a wide selection of Gym80 equipment. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, offering a serene spot to relax after a workout. The view from the rooftop is stunning, providing a beautiful panorama that makes your workout experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable, and until around 5:00 PM, it’s not too crowded, so you can always access the machines you need without any hassle. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or provide guidance. They keep the atmosphere welcoming and make you feel at ease, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced gym-goer. The changing rooms and showers are also well-maintained and spacious, ensuring a comfortable experience before and after your sessions. Additionally, the variety of equipment and workout spaces caters to all kinds of training preferences, from weightlifting to cardio and functional training. The group fitness classes offered are diverse and led by excellent instructors who make every session engaging and challenging. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this gym. It’s the per
