I called FIT for help with wifi after a circuit breaker was tripped during afterhours. I did not know who to contact or whether it would be any help. Keith Greensill was kind, understanding, communicative, and helpful as I navigated various challenges (and the circumstances kept changing in real time). This was a great first interaction with the company :)

Keith was fast with both a call and email to follow up on my helpdesk ticket. We were able to connect, and he resolved my issues through a remote session. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Keith!!!

I had to call FIT solutions 3 times, and they were still not able to assist me until I needed to reach out to my corporate team to assist me. I was helped fairly quickly once they got involved. I shouldn't have to reach out to someone in corporate just to be assisted with a technical issue. FIT Solutions usually gets the problem resolved and they are good at fixing technical issues, but they take a long time to actually assist you I usually advise my receptionists to keep calling everyday otherwise their issue won't get resolved.

Terry Wright was extremely professional and supportive throughout my experience. When a challenging situation came up, Terry went above and beyond to find solutions and bring clarity. He took the time to speak with me at length and thoroughly explain things that hadn’t previously been communicated, which made a huge difference. I really appreciated his patience, respect, and willingness to help. especially in a situation he had just stepped into. I really appreciated Terry’s support and would highly recommend working with him.

Dear Sirs...I worked with Peter Nguyen today regarding many Invo account tech set-up issues. He was beyond excellent in every regard. He had not only phenomenal mastery of tech knowledge, but he imparted it with the kindest, and most patient sincerity possible. He also was able to communicate specifically and referentially in an outstanding manner. I feel that Peter should be given a huge raise and promotion.
