This store had one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. We entered around 9:52 PM to quickly buy a last minute gift and were looking at the sweatshirts. When we simply asked if that was the full selection, the employee responded in a very rude tone, immediately saying they were closing and claiming that the sign said “don’t touch the items.” Not only were there still a few minutes left before closing according to Google maps, but the sign did not say “don’t touch.” It actually said to ask for assistance. I was simply trying to straighten the clothes I was looking at, and his reaction was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. He said they were closing for the second time, and then we left, and he literally kicked us out of the store. The only reason we came to this store was that they were closing at 10, there were other stores but we unfortunately chose this one, and we are left with no gifts. Horrible experience!

I went there on my last night in San Diego to bring some memories back to my home, I was at the store around 9:50pm I already knew what I was going to get but as soon as I stepped inside the employee told us that hew as closing in 2 minutes (9:52pm) and I told him okay I will just grab the sweatshirt and be done in a second, first he told me that he didn’t have any sweatshirt then when I found one he yelled us from the register saying that we were not allowed to touch them even when I explained him that it fell and I was trying to put it back nicely he said that rules were rules, after when me and my friend found one item to purchase he said his system was going to shut down at that moment and would not let him make the sale. I told him that in the google maps description also the sign at the door said they closed at 10pm and thats why we came all the way from airport but he literally kicked us out. Very disappointed, very rude employees for touristic area it is very bad representation. All three days that I spent here I thought people from San Diego were super nice and had the best hospitality this was such a bad experience. He locked all doors at 9:54 but kept the lights on till

Great place for San Diego/old town souvenirs at great prices! Got the magnet and shot glass (real glass) for $3.50 each. Docked a star because this is impossible to park near if you have a car as it’s in an extremely busy part of town.

Great Place, where you can find a lot of nice stuff and an excellent costumer service. I bought a few products few days ago and some of them i had to return back because it didn’t fit me. The owner was very nice and refunded me without any problems. Thanks. I’m definitely coming back to buy more stuff in the future.

Awesome place! They literally have everything mostly touristy things but they also have like stuff for your car
