5 Star Moving has been our go-to moving company, and we couldn't be happier with their service. We've used their team for multiple moves while gradually moving into our new home, and they have made every move completely stress-free. We've hired other moving companies in the past, and in between working with 5 star moving but none of them came close to the level of care, efficiency, professionalism, and initiative that their team provides. They work incredibly fast while treating every item with care, and they're always organized, reliable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Cruz and his crew are honest, trustworthy, and truly take pride in their work. After working with 5 Star Moving Company, we won't use anyone else. If I could rate them more than five stars I truly would. Our original movers cancelled day of but it truly was a blessing in disguise as working with Five Star was the best thing that could’ve ever happened. Efficient, quick, and very kind and considerate. Five Star Moving And Storage is hands down the most professional, kind, and gentle movers I've come across. No wonder I always saw one of their moving trucks in my neighborhood. Kay was absolutely wonderful and answered all of my questions. The movers were outstanding. They did a walk through and carefully loaded up the truck. Even the little things that I planned on picking up later, they happily packed those up as well. This has been the most relaxing, and organized move I've ever had. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience with Five Star moving company from start to finish. Both movers, Alejandro, were incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. They handled everything with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. On top of that, the pricing was amazing—more than fair for the level of service they provided.
