Based on the other reviews, maybe my experience is unique. I’m in town on a business trip. I’m looking for some new shoes. A very nice young lady came up and asked what I was looking for, and I explained it to her. She then took my name and told me someone would be with me soon. I wandered around the floor for a while, looking at things. There were two people working at the checkout desk. Another person was stocking shelves. There were a lot of people working and only a couple of customers being helped. The original woman I talked to and one other woman reassured me that someone would be with me soon. I ended up standing around for a little more than 10 minutes. I finally gave up and left. I’m sure they have a system, and maybe the experience would’ve been great but to see so many employees not helping people while I’m standing around waiting seems crazy to me. Again, the rest of their reviews are amazing so I might have missed out on a great experience, but I have no idea how long I was going to be left standing there while so many employees were doing things other than helping people. If you have never had a foot scan, you are missing out! For years I have always worn the wrong size shoe and never knew it. After the scan and trying out the recommended shoe….. WOW, what a difference in comfort! The staff is also very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. You have to go here and give it a chance. You won’t be disappointed!

My associate Marnie was sooooo helpful! She spent an hour with me to find the right shoes. I came in thinking my shoe size was an 8.5 and I walked out in a 10! She asked all the right questions to find me the right shoe. She was so knowledgeable and patient! I had a shoe revolution! I haven’t stopped talking about it since. I highly recommend that everyone gets a 3D scan of their foot. I learned so much. Not only do I feel like the shoes I bought are going to serve me well but I feel like all my shoe purchases going forward will be informed and improved by the information I got. 10/10 experience!

Service here is TOP NOTCH! Got shoes that were perfect for my running feet! Highly recommend getting measured and your gait evaluated. I forgot the lady's name but she was awesome and really knows her stuff! My feet have never felt better🥰

I worked with Kieth today (no appointment🙈) and he was AMAZING! he answered all of my questions gave me every option and scenario a person could ask for and did it all at the end of his shift! I didn’t leave until 20mins after closing and he was so patient with me the entire time. I came in with some serious foot pain and left with some good insoles and I will be back for more for my work boots! And I will make sure to have an appointment! Thanks Kieth y’all were dope frfr I should’ve done this a long time ago…..
