I've brought my car to this place twice for insurance claims (Geico), and they've done an excellent job both times. They got me in quickly and is very professional in what they do. I don't have any complaints or concerns. Everything went smoothly, and I love how they keep you updated. It's also great that they work hand in hand with Enterprise, which makes it a lot easier when I need a rental car.

Would not recommend being rear ended by someone without insurance but the repair process was very easy. Insured through GEICO and they are partnered with this shop so the process was smooth. They got me in quickly and they have automated texts to keep you updated on your car. They even gave it a good vacuum so got it back better than when I dropped it off. Would recommend repairs here.

Francis Collision Centre is and always has been very professional to me and my family. Service is outstanding! The team is friendly and prompt. Kevin Iskandar is very professional and honest about his and his teams work. My car was finished ahead of schedule and was cleaned inside and out when I arrived for pick up! 10/10

I had an excellent experience here! Brought my car in after months of it being at another shop where they messed my car up worse than how I dropped it off with them. Went back and forth with my adjuster about finding a new shop to handle my car's repairs and we agreed on Francis Collision Centre due to the high review count and the high rating. Kevin was the one who took care of my car, handling the project and keeping me updated on the process. He inspected it, wrote the preliminary estimate for my insurance and I and also made sure the job was done right. My car had stayed here for a while, but knowing it was being taken care of and making sure it was done right was more important to me than getting it back a few days later worse than how I dropped it off. Kevin was honest to me about pricing, provided the estimate to me directly, which isn't something the other shop did, and sent me photos of the damages the other shop had done. My only regret was not coming here from the beginning for my car's repairs.
