I cannot say enough good things about this store! Patrick, Mike and their crew in the BBQ department provide top notch service. They went above and beyond for me. I live down the street from a different ACE Hardware and I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to this location. They are that good!

We came to buy paint for a newly purchased home. Gabriel was informative, friendly, and made excellent recommendations based on our needs. He was quick to mix and kept us updated on the progress- Kim was there as well, working hard! We shopped around while waiting for the paint and were met with several upbeat employees who went out of their way to help. After collecting our (6) cans of paint, accessories and various fun purchases, we were checked out by Emily, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and assisted us with the Ace app and the coupons. We had an EXCELLENT experience at Fresno Ag today and are so grateful for the staff, selection, and great coupons and deals!

Fresno Ag Hardware has an incredible selection, and most of the staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you’ll find. I’ve always appreciated how willing employees throughout the store are to answer questions and help customers. My only disappointment has been the BBQ and grill section. On multiple visits, the employees assigned to that area never once asked if I needed assistance. They seemed focused on their desk area and appeared too busy to engage with customers. That’s unfortunate because the store has such an impressive selection of grills and BBQ equipment, and I was hoping for the same level of service I receive elsewhere in the store. I still love Fresno Ag Hardware and will continue shopping there. This is meant as constructive feedback, because one section shouldn’t detract from what is otherwise an excellent store with outstanding employees.

TO: IAN WILLIAMS CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER OF FRESNO AG Don't waste your time going to the Fresno Ag Celebration during the weekend of June 5 - 7, 2026! You will encounter 2 employees working under the orange tent who are issuing the miniature hot dogs but acting as POLICE who won't issue hot dogs until they ensure that you have gone shopping inside the store, purchase something, and then exit the store. I have never seen such a shenanigan in which a store like Fresno Ag monitors customers before they issue one single hot dog to a customer once they have exited the store. This was quite deceiving on the part of the management and COO IAN. The public was also notified via the media and social media that cinnamon rolls were going to be provided free of charge to the customers. However, Fresno Ag's CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER- IAN WILLIAMS- stated that there was miscommunication between the store and the Cinnamon rolls business. Instead, customers were charged for eating cinnamon rolls. This is totally unacceptable to have the business inform people (via the local TV media and social media) that cinnamon rolls were going to be provided free of charge when instead they deceived the p

The store is very clean and organized with excellent customer service!!! I also purchased a craftsmen tools set at a fair price.
