I came in yesterday for an exam and waited for about 1.5 hours without being seen. I told the receptionist that I need to reach work so I have to leave. I reached on time for my 9:45 appointment but wasn’t seen till 11. Unfortunately they already made me pay $250 for my exam right when I came in so I couldn’t just leave. She agreed to squeeze me in the next day. I tell her that I’m a working professional and can’t wait around for hours despite having an appointment. She assures me that if I come for an 11:15am appointment, I’d be seen right away and I should be done in an hour. It’s the next day today, I show up at 11am for my appointment, it’s 12pm now and I still haven’t been seen. I’ve been waiting for an hour again and not sure how long I’ll be waiting here again. Please avoid this place. They don’t respect your time or the appointment they give you. I’m stuck because I already paid and it feels very frustrating. I hope they read this review and change the way they see patients.

I had a very positive experience at Fresno Medical Center. The staff was professional, caring, and respectful throughout my visit. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide excellent care. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciate the kindness and dedication of everyone who helped me. Highly recommended!

My experience was terrible. They lost my paperwork I brought from my primary doctor. I arrived by ambulance btw. The EMT's did an excellent job. They were all so kind and empathetic to my situation. Thank you to them😊 The X-ray technicians were kind and the young man who wheelchairs me too. The upfront staff were a little rude and standoffish to me. Was told by others this is the worst hospital in Fresno. Thumbs down. Never again😡

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The medical assistant was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable, answered my questions patiently, and handled everything with care and efficiency. It’s clear they truly care about patients. Thank you for providing such excellent service! Dr Dhillion and Rupinder are truly the best!

Dr.Dillon is the best! Very knowledgeable and understanding about my situation with a DMV physical exam that I looked every where online and I could not find any place that would help me with these forms. He helped me with the forms and was in and out in 30 minutes GREAT STAFF
