Great customer service. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and treated everyone with respect. They helped three of my friends who have been formerly incarcerated with their job applications and never made them feel judged. They took the time to answer questions and made the process easy to understand. I appreciate that they give people a fair chance and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for employment.

I’ve been working with Go-Staff for over a year now, and they’ve been an incredible resource for my construction projects. As a contractor, having reliable labor you can count on—especially on short notice—is critical, and Go-Staff has consistently delivered. In particular, my representative Madelyn Whalen has gone above and beyond time and time again. She has made things happen last minute when we needed it most and has been extremely responsive and helpful through every challenge that comes up on a job site. Over the past year, they’ve helped me source a wide range of skilled workers depending on the needs of the project—from framers for pickup work, to finish carpenters assisting with vanity installations, to flaggers for traffic control, and general laborers who help keep the project clean and moving efficiently. Their ability to quickly source dependable, quality workers is truly impressive. The quality of the people they send speaks for itself. In fact, we’re currently looking at bringing one of the workers on full time because of how well he’s performed on our project. Seriously, the service here was so unprofessional and incredibly rude. It feels like you need to be part of their inner circle or a family friend to get any decent treatment. Honestly, it seems like that's the only way to even get acknowledged. It's a shame because this experience is clearly not just mine. I'm pretty sure a lot of people feel the same way about this situation.
