I’m really disappointed with my experience with this driving school. After requesting a refund, I was told it would be processed soon—but over a month later, I still hadn’t received it. Communication was frustrating, with delayed responses and vague updates whenever I asked for information. I understand refunds can take time, but over a month with little transparency is unacceptable. Customer service should be much better, especially when it comes to handling people’s money. I wouldn’t recommend this school based on how this situation was handled. Truly ridiculous.

I’ve practiced twice with the coach. He is extremely unprofesional. I cannot even ask questions because he thinks that I do not like to listen to him. I had very unhappy experience with him. He doesnt like to tell me the rules before I start to drive but he would like to scold me all the time when I was driving without knowing the rules properly since he never like to explain those rules before I drove. He is over-worrying everything when I was driving. Unclear explaination and never listen to my questions and answer me properly. He always grab my steering wheel to control the car and hit the brake frequently. Even my speed was only 10-15 on a super empty road. After twice practicing, he told me that I could book the appointment for driving test but he gave up me to drive his car to do the test directly just because I did not fully agreed his teaching method. Unpatient explaining and emotional behaviour, as a coach, it is extremely unprofesional. I wasted my money on him. Now I have to find another coach to take the test, but since I never practice their car, I have to practice with them again!!! Stupid driving coach!!! Instructor Dago is amazing! In just two hours, I learned so much—every minute was focused on helping me learn how to drive. His explanations were clear, and he brought such positive energy to the lesson. I highly recommend him! Thank you, Coach Dago! I’m no longer afraid to drive and I can’t wait for our next lesson!🙌❤️

Lacking customer service, communication, and overall professionalism: Paid for a full 3 lesson package. As someone who does not get many opportunities or time to practice on my own, I needed to get this experience out of the way ASAP. Scheduling and communication was a constant issues. I would provide when I am available over the phone and set up appointments. I would several times be contacted DURING my work hours which I informed them of, just so they can update me that the time no longer works. Before my first lesson, I was called the day before and asked if I was okay if there was another passenger in the car. I thought it was bizarre because they did not explain who the passenger would be at all. I agreed because I just wanted to get my lessons done; and I had little experience. The car for that lesson was also unkept and a bit messy. It went well for a first lesson and getting used to driving which I had not done much at this point. I was only given very simple feedback on what I was doing wrong. Scheduling issues and communication issues get worse: The instructor who was giving me lessons was now experiencing car issues so I couldn't receive my second lesson for a while.

Amazing service! Yolanda was my instructor and she was super patient, kind and understanding! Gave great feedback during the drive. I selected the 3 session one and it was awesome, easy to schedule out and great support. Passed my driving test first go after my 3 lessons! It’s great you can also schedule and pay to use their car/services to use for the dmv driving test. Definitely recommend !
