We just completed a full remodel of our bathrooms, and we decided to work with Golden View Renovations. The results are amazing. Working with Gershon as our onsite project manager was a great experience. He and his onsite team discussed all the key decisions with us and adapted to unexpected challenges quickly and professionally. They also made valuable recommendations based on best practices. Gershon kept us informed throughout the project, stayed on top of the timeline, and provided alternative solutions whenever we encountered an unexpected issue. Our goal was for our bathrooms to feel like a spa—somewhere we feel like we’re on vacation every time we walk in. Golden View Renovations delivered on that vision and even completed the project ahead of schedule. We did experience some challenges with the City of San Jose during the permitting process, which delayed the start of the project. However, once construction began, everything moved efficiently and professionally. We highly recommend Gershon and the Golden View Renovations team for projects like this.

GVR not only met, but exceeded our high expectations. We give GVR our highest recommendation. Here's why... * Licensed and bonded, their work meets codes and will pass inspection. * Their price was fair * They finished 2 weeks ahead of the original 7-week estimate * They gave an accurate estimate of the final price up front. Final price was 5% under the original estimate. * Our fabulous assigned designer, Dafne, ensured all fixtures were compatible with existing plumbing connections, made excellent design suggestions and offered a designer discount. (ex: $20/SF tiles for $8/SF). Her 3D renderings showed how all the pieces fit together, and her 2D plans showed where each component would be installed. This was an efficient way to eliminate misunderstandings. * GVR clearly communicated, responded quickly, and welcomed our questions * They were flexible when unforeseen challenges arose, gave several solutions and collaborated to resolve each issue * They worked 24 continuous days on our house sometimes staying until 7.30 PM to do the work to a very high standard, and remain on schedule * They had excellent craftsmen in every trade who gave great advice, yet respected the choices we ma

We recently completed a whole house renovation with Golden View Renovation, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our project manager, Elya, was phenomenal to work with. He kept everything incredibly organized, communicated clearly every step of the way, and amazingly, managed to finish our project ahead of schedule! We also have to give a huge thank you to our designer, Assel, who we absolutely loved. She perfectly captured our vision and helped us make choices that truly transformed our space. We worked with Hugo from GoldenView Renovation on our full blueprint set and then completed a JADU build along with a full remodel of our main house home project. We had our two bathrooms fully remodeled by Golden View 4 years ago, and were very happy with the results. Recently we noticed a leak from the shower in one of them that was affecting the nearby flooring. Asaf and the team really came through for us, they diagnosed the problem - a shower pan leak - opened the walls to clean and mitigate mold, planned and executed a partial demolition and rebuild of the shower including an improved method for waterproofing, and restored the bathroom and walls back to original condition and full functioning. All of this and they didn’t charge us, since Asaf told us he wants to stand behind their original work and fix problems arising. Five stars for sure!
