The hotel staff was very accommodating and apologetic and props to them, nice people. But the “people” that stay here are the absolute worst of the worst. Loud slamming noises and screaming and shouting all day and night, banging on my door and constant honking and car alarms. They multiply by the day and get worse. Terrible people. Completely ruined our stay due to these incredibly rude and disrespectful people. Hopefully this is a one time thing as this hotel is good other than that, stayed here before and it never had this infestation of terrible people

First off When I checked in she said my room number out loud in front of people when I asked for another room she gave me attitude and questioned me why I wanted another room. When I explained to her that I didn’t want my room number shouted she was huffing and puffing and giving me attitude. I go to my new room. The following morning I wake up to a freaking ANT infestation!! All in my clothes on the floor on me! I was on the 2nd floor!! I grabbed my stuff and left immediately after. I don’t feel heard or understood and honestly this was such a massive disappointment!! I will NOT ever stay here again!!

I truly enjoyed my stay. I have two sets of twins and we stayed for a little over one week. Our stay was very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and no bugs. The air conditioner was amazing in the heat. What I enjoyed most though was the sparkling pool. It goes up to five feet which is great for the kids. It was super refreshing to be able to have my children play in a kid friendly pool. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend.

This hotel is genuinely fascinating. Price wise you get a surprisingly spacious room, everything’s clean, and the beds do their job without ruining your spine. The staff is a little breezy, but I think they’ve just been through the ringer. Speaking of which, I called to the front desk and no one answered, I walked down there and 3 people were standing behind the counter. Did their phone not ring? Was there some tragic IT disconnect? I’ll never know. I wasn’t there to investigate telecommunications infrastructure — I just needed the WiFi password. And the guests? Absolute variety pack of humanity. The atmosphere is very “smoking a joint in your car before shift" chic. There were constant feral undertones of hyper active children playing in the parking until midnight, coupled with a gravel throated homeless man giving sermons to an audience of none, his voice pitch reminiscent of metal scraping at a high velocity on pavement. At one point people were kicking, not carrying, things between rooms and there’s also no smoking but you walk through walls of cigarette smoke outside that seem to come from nowhere. It’s charming. My room had zero smell, it was like a hermetically sealed isla
