I was told to park in a spot that was completely unparkable, A FEW FEET narrower than needed, so I parked in a different spot, as I went to pay, the same worker approached me and scolded me about the wider spot I chose (he claimed I was blocking the exit) which I was not. I told him to come look at the spot he asked me to park in and he declined, it seems like he knew that spot was unparkable and decided to mess with me! DON’T PARK HERE!!!!

Terrible place. We spent a long time looking for parking and finally found one — and there were no signs saying it’s cash only! Are you serious?? PUT A SIGN ABOUT THIS AND REMOVE THE QR CODE THAT CLAIMS YOU CAN PAY ONLINE! And hire a competent staff member

Very unsafe atmosphere, seems there is a collector usurping the place. He demanded in a very conflicting way for 10usd cash payment which I refused and I decided to pay by the app (15 usd) as it was pretty clear for me that that’s payment will give no warranty; this person approached back asking for payment proof, I had to leave the place in a rush as it did not feel safe at all. Not recommended to park in here at all, you may chose the direct parking at grand central which will be safer and cheaper in my opinion

Today they decided they only want cash and we cant use the cashless app they provide so we had to drive off to the lot literally next to it. This looks lot like embezzlement

I left my car for around 3 hours and it was vandalized! My Prius had both catalytic convertors cut out as well as the oxygen sensor cut. I had to pay $1200 out of pocket for repairs. I returned to the lot to question the workers and they pretended they didn't understand what I was saying. So rude and dismissive. Absolutely do NOT recommend.
