I was deceived into purchasing a BMW X5 40 E, and now I am left feeling utterly betrayed. When I shared the issues with him, he assured me he would take care of them. He directed me to a mechanic who unfortunately seemed to be inexperienced. They insisted they had fixed the car, but it was still not working properly. They replaced the spark plugs, but they were mismatched, making the problem worse. I had to buy four more new spark plugs, only to realize that wasn't the issue. They then attempted to replace the vacuum pump, but that didn't solve the problem. When I suggested taking it to the dealership, he was reluctant. After finally taking it to the dealership, they informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I got replaced by BMW. They also said I needed a new battery, a coolant flush, and another vacuum pump because the first one wasn't replaced properly. It turned out that none of those were the real issues. It was actually the flywheel and crankshaft sensor, which would cost $10,000 to repair. When I informed the dealership, they mentioned that he had already spent too much trying to fix the car and decided to stop. He's losing money while selling me a faulty car that I
