Jake and Gloria were amazing throughout the process. I got my driver side door replaced in less than a week. I also asked for custom fabrication for my trunk that was completed very well. When I picked up my car it was fully detailed which was a great plus

Jake was by far the most helpful and straightforward person I spoke with during the repair process for my Tesla after it was scraped on the side. Out of all the body shops I contacted, he gave me the most realistic expectations about what insurance would cover and what might require supplemental approval, which I really appreciated from the start. He handled a lot behind the scenes, including helping coordinate the rental car, and stayed communicative throughout the process. What stood out most was his professionalism and accountability. When an issue came up that affected the timing of the repair, Jake was transparent, forthcoming, and helped us navigate the situation without ever trying to avoid responsibility or gloss over anything. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure a car does not leave the shop until it is truly ready. That level of honesty, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find, and I would absolutely recommend working with him.

I’m really happy with the service I received here. The turnaround time was quick, and the communication was perfect, they kept me informed throughout the entire process and clearly knew what was happening with my car at all times. When I picked it up, my car was returned detailed and looking amazing. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend this place if you need body work done; and i’ll be back to get my breaks done. 10/10
