I'm sure Copeland is a fine doctor but could not get him as my doctor. The doctor they assigned me was fine at first but is just like any other medical doctor these days. One size fits all mentality.

It is not just the visit; Dr. Greg is one of the most caring doctors in Fresno. Contacting him is much easier than the average doctors in Fresno. This is a huge advantage having a doctor that you can reach. Believe me in that sometimes it takes a week to get an answer from a doctor about an important issue. Also, I have had serous communication issues with OTHER doctors resulting in major issues as opposed to Dr. Copelands office. He is one of the standards that others should copy. His training took more years than your regular family doctors with a whole-body approach to medicine. It is a medicine plus.

I’m giving Dr. Copeland a 5 star review because of the genuine concern he showed me during my first visit. He spent a great deal of time getting to know me and addressed all my concerns. I got the impression that he wasn’t advocating any unneeded medication or intervention and he definitely wasn’t trying to rush me. It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. In addition, the office staff was truly kind, efficient and professional.

Dr. Victor is by far the best doctor I've ever had. He genuinely cares about his patients' health and has a great sense of humor. He listens to your concerns and doesn't try to rush through the appointment. I used to be terrified of going to the doctor, but now I'm much more at ease. Highly recommend seeing him!

Dr. Copeland was highly recommended to me by a co-worker. In the span of two months, I have been to the office twice. I have not actually seen Dr. Copeland but have seen an NP, Linda. My experience has been positive as far as the actual medical staff. However, the front desk staff need serious training in customer service. Starting with my initial contact with the office and continuing almost three months later, every contact I've had with the front office staff has been an absolute exercise in frustration. I have never experienced such rude treatment from any other doctor's office. I have found each of them to be very demeaning, lecturing, and asking them to go out of their way, even for something as simple as calling my insurance company to have my primary care physician changed (a three minute process) was apparently impossible for them. I've had this done numerous time with other offices. When I asked to use their phone to do it myself, I was told I could not. I was not told what phone I could use nor was I told how to rectify the situation. I was simply told that I should have handled this prior to my appointment.
