What can I say! From the time my husband and I walked in the door, the customer services was impeccable! We worked directly with Morgan and she was very attentive, professional, had great communication and was able to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Grown Brilliance to anyone, but definitely ask for “Morgan”! Morgan made our experience a 10/10! Thanks so much Morgan for all of your help, your a gem!!

My boyfriend and I had an appointment to look at engagement rings for the first time. Janice Connors was our sales supervisor and we couldn’t ask for a better first experience. We got to know her pretty well at this appointment and learned that she is seasoned jeweler and answered all our questions with transparency. She explained the routes of custom design vs. design your own which gave us a lot of clarity as we have been deciding between the two. My priority for my ring is durability while still looking flawless and feminine and I loved how transparent and patient Janice was each time I asked about certain designs and styles. Safe to say I trust her advice and I feel super confident in the design I have in mind thanks to her help. Janice’s knowledge, expertise, and honesty is saving us money and I really appreciate the time we had.
