Since October 15, I have followed up with Nancy multiple times by email. No one ever responded from the travel agency and finally when Nancy did, her responses were that she “needs to investigate,” but no refund processed, and no resolution was ever provided. Thank goodness for American Express, they refunded us $5,000. On October 15, 2025, I first emailed Nancy at Happy Tours requesting a refund for two services that were not provided for my parents on their European tour. 1. Eiffel Tower Tour and Guide: The tour was canceled due to a strike in Paris. We never participated in this tour and immediately requested a refund. 2. Airport Pickup (Paris Airport → Hotel): The scheduled car never arrived. We waited and ultimately had to take a taxi to our hotel, which cost 70 Euros out of pocket. 3. Airfare – Air France Flight 91: We were charged for first-class fares but were seated in row 25, which was clearly not in the first-class section. Despite raising this issue with the agency, we have not received any explanation or refund adjustment.

Excellent and quick customer service! Thanks to Guillermo my mothers urgent flight was booked which was time sensitive. I highly recommend this travel agency and you can book over the phone, simple, quickly, and he was patient with me. Guillermo's a God's send.
