If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service with associate Cameron. He was initially rude upon check in with a condescending tone. Gave him my drivers license and credit card but he threw my credit card down in an aggressive manner. I’ve rented at Hertz, Dollar and Thriftys before and never had an issue with having an additional driver. My boyfriend and I live together and Cameron said “I don’t know where you went, but I CHARGE for additional driver”. I asked even if we’re living in the same household? To which he asked if we were married or domestic partners. I responded with domestic partner and he raised his voice and asked ARE YOU LEGALLY MARRIED? First off, if I said we’re domestic partners so why are you asking me if I’m legally married? At this point, we felt targeted because we are an interracial couple. Neisha? I believe is her name was trying to de-escalate the situation and take over our reservation but Cameron denied her. When we were telling Jon about the situation, we noticed how polite he was towards Caucasian people. He profiled us from the moment he stepped into the building. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service I had an excellent experience at Hertz, and I want to specifically recognize Neisha for her exceptional customer service. The location was extremely busy and crowded, but she remained professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Despite assisting multiple customers at once, Neisha made every person feel like they were her only customer. She handled everything efficiently and quickly while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly personality. She took the time to address all of my needs and ensured that my experience was smooth from start to finish. Because of the outstanding service I received from Neisha and the rest of the staff, I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Employees like her truly make a difference and represent excellent customer service. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a pleasant one!

Neisha should be your go-to girl for rental cars! I’ve never had such a good rental experience as I did with her at this location. I was sent here from Ford while my car was being repaired, and wow- she made my experience really easy! Thanks again, Neisha!

I rented a vehicle here through my car insurance. I was offered a Toyota Highlander and against my first mind I accepted as the associate told me the gas mileage was great as it was newer model. This was not true. So I returned the vehicle to swap it out for something with better gas mileage. Later that day I discovered the horn did not work or the AC. It was about 4:30pm when I called to inform them of the issue. I was told to call the road side assistance number to get an incident number so I could take it to the nearest airport location and have the car swapped out. The nearest airport to me would be Long Beach. The associate called Long Beach Airport Hertz and told me they could not reach anyone by phone and I would need to drive the car to LAX to swap out the car. This obviously was not desirable for me because it was extremely inconvenient to drive nearly 30 miles away when the Hertz and LB airport are both under 4 miles away. I also would have to refuel for the 30 mile drive. So I waited until the next day to swap the car. Upon return of the car I noticed the associate marked the fuel full upon departure when it was 3/4 full as illustrated in the photos taken by myself and

On August 19th, I rented a vehicle to drive to Arizona. On my way, I encountered a terrible rain storm. Little did I know that the rubber on both windshield wipers were dangling off the metal. I had to drive five miles to the next exit with low visibility at about 20 miles per hour to get me to a safe location. I experienced a very dangerous situation. This vehicle should have been inspected correctly before being rented out. I reported the issue to the Hertz desk in Arizona when I dropped off the vehicle. I will be making a formal complaint to Hertz.
