I had a very different experience with Hire Up this time compared to my first experience. While the staff was always polite, I never received any updates or heard back regarding the placement opportunities that were discussed. From my perspective, there was very little progress made toward finding a position for me, which ultimately led me to put my job search through Hire Up on hold. What made this experience especially disappointing was that my first recruiter with Hire Up was incredibly proactive, communicated regularly, and strongly advocated on my behalf. I felt supported and confident throughout that process. Unfortunately, I did not experience that same level of communication or support this time around with Kayla Kanyavong. Because of the lack of progress, I decided to return to school and focus on pursuing my goals in the medical field. I appreciate the time that was invested and wish the team the best, but I hope future candidates receive more consistent communication and follow-through during their job search.

In my experience, this company has been incredibly helpful in connecting me with job opportunities that align with my career goals and professional background. They are flexible, resourceful, and go above and beyond to provide support every step of the way. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me. I highly recommend them, the staff is easy to work with, energetic, and very responsive.

Hire up has been great. I have not been very available recently, because I have been working 2 other more permanent jobs. But I had been able to get shifts and help them out as much as they had been helping me with extra work. They are very helpful with any assistance that you need when working in positions for them. They are also very appreciative of the work that you do. When you put in the effort.

While I was under the direct of this hiring agency they understood my over achieving work ethics and placed me in companies that actually hired me on. And after I realized that company was not for me, this agency was always ready to help me find a new position. It may take some time, but once you have proven your abilities, they will keep helping you find your next job. Even tho I am happy at my current position, the owner still touches base with me to see if I am interested again. If I ever need help again, this is the agency I would use. Thank you Rebecca for always recognizing my worth.
