Abusive , I was locked out and male manager yelled at me cursing at me because I disturbed his sleep although it is listed as 24 hours front desk, I was told when asking about pricing quote you don’t have to stay here, my last day because I booked day to day depending on my work as a travel medical worker I was given a room with no working tv or fridge,, quest smoke everything there even in no smoking areas , see for yourself comforters have cigarette holds on them if you even get a comforter one night I did not it was out for cleaning I stayed there because of convenience but last stay No TV one night no concern and resolve always had a fridge other times I stayed so bought food and it went bad no refund and no apologies after FIFA you/ your hotel will not have good question then what treat people kindly. Verbal abuse not ok, Daily rate people matters , after FiFa you should be a kinder Business Hotel around the corner nice management and a private bathroom and less cost…. Oh did I mention male management Upset and mad that I asked for help! When I locked myself out!! Really mad!

Room was not clean service was poor. Reserved a no smoking room, got one that smells like they smoke in there before and the smell keeps getting stronger as you stay in there long. Bad experience, don't have no private restrooms, everything is shared, would never reserve with this hotel again. Like other reviews say, you mind as well pay more for something better

So before coming here I read that there was a $100 cash deposit upon arrival that is needed, and that many people have difficulties getting it back when they check out. For whatever reason I was never charged this deposit when I checked in? So I guess I got lucky. The room itself is very get-what-you-pay-for, there is a fridge, sink, and desk. The AC is VERY cold which I liked but the matress was indeed very stained. The sheets themselves were visibly clean so I didn't mind that too much. I do feel like this place should not call itself a hotel as it's indeed a hostel!! There are a set of bathrooms on each floor and each one has two toilet stalls and 2 shower stalls, so the whole floor has to share these bathrooms. They're separated by gender so at least there's that but I feel like they could be bigger, the showers are also not too big. That being said the location is great you're right across the Intuit Dome, literally 2 minutes away. There is also a gas station and a McDonalds next door, and a casino 5 minutes away. Overall I wouldn't stay here again as I do prefer nicer shared bathrooms but if you're in a rush and need cheap housing this place isn't horrible.
