I stay in well over 75 hotels a year. This one now has the record for the most excessive rules and absurd fees in the country. I had a prepaid room and they demanded $250 deposit. Take a look at some of the rules posted everywhere. This is the most customer unfriendly Hotel I've stayed at this year. It is almost comical the degree of rules. It might make a good sitcom segment. I always try to support the small business owned hotels, unfortunately, I'm going to stop doing that and just go to the major hotels after this one

I cannot tell you all more to save yourselves from this place !!! Please, If you value your time, mental sanity, and most importantly your money do not come here. Although this is a budget location, it is so much worse than you expect from one. It constantly smells like bleach, I assume it’s from the medicine they’re putting in the rooms because they have bed bugs (watch out for those). Additionally, they refuse to clean your room due to a “lack of staff”, our bathrooms weren’t even cleaned. The receptionist told us at the beginning of our stay that we could ask anytime for our room to be cleaned however she would then say they weren’t able to because of a lack of staff… how does that make sense? Further, the staff is hostile and look like they’re miserable and hate their job. Anything near is also a solid 30 minutes away… if you’re willing to put in a few more dollars, please do. It is not worth the mental scarring this place leaves you.

Honestly much better than I expected for the price. It’s not in a great area and the amenities are average, but the room was very big and super clean. It was also modern and in good shape, bathroom looked really nice. I took an up close look at the bedsheets and they looked brand new. Definitely would recommend for a quick one night stay, no hassle at all.
