They close the store quite often even tho it says back in 2 mins they take over 15 mins to open up ..

Very disappointed with this store after new owner has taken over. First of all employees have no customer service. Second of all they try to tell you how if your Dutch wrap full of mold they cannot exchange it even though you open it on the spot. Third of all I bought milk it was expired seemed like they left out of the fridge for too long. In the night time girl employee on their phone holding up a long line I waited atleast 15 min for the line to move forward. Very disappointed might not ever go back there. There’s 7/11 up the street wilshire and witmer they close at 2 a.m everyday.

To whomever receives this message to please forward this to the Owner Management Or Better of Hope's Market Liquor Store. To be reminded to please keep pricing as low as possible thanks it is appreciated as watching pricing very closely and not just here. Been going here many years know the store well. Unfortunately for the first time something happened that should not have for no reason handled it in a better way and at a later time I'll explain to the Store so it won't ever happen again to have that checked accordingly by the Store I never have any problem ever but the ones saw it and the look given was not bad at me. As of today Friday August 11th 2023 I told one of the individuals in the store this one wasn't there at the time but the other person was one of the others that was present that evening so knew already what happened. If there is anything else that occurs that should not then I can handle it or have the ones in the store do so. Was upset because first time this ever happened and should not have because the individual knew this already and described before so what was actually I handled well at the time didn't say anything was something that should have not been treat
