Been coming here for quite a while now, had an appointment with one nail tech and got surprised by having someone else work on my feet. Im very particular. It would have been nice to know when I booked my appointment or gotten a phone call that she was not available. Mind you, the younger man there always calls if there's issues, the grumpy old man is a different story. Now I'll have to go to another place again to get my feet finished. You all just lost another customer.

I got a pedicure and the service itself was great but then got concerned when I saw the tools that were used on me were sprayed with alcohol and put into the clean tools bin. I just know that’s a health board violation and they’re supposed to sit in barbicide. Now I feel like the tools used on me weren’t properly disinfected and it doesn’t sit right with me.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff were all so friendly, and they did an excellent job on my pedicure. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!!

I’m so frustrated that the quality of my services has gone down the longer I’ve been a client here. The past 3 times I’ve gotten services done, I’ve had to go back to get it fixed. I got a gel pedicure today and the tech skipped over services included in the service. The same employee has had to fix my nails the past two times I’ve been there. I understand that the salon could be short staffed that day but I’d rather come back at a different day or time to not have my services rushed. I come to have some self care but at this point, it’s just stressful and disappointing:/ I will not be returning. I do appreciate the kind technician that has redone my nails and made sure I was happy. 🩷

First time here and NEVER AGAIN!!! Don’t let fancy looking salons in a nice area fool you just because they look nice doesn’t mean there work is good! $92 of horrible services I got a full set and something simple the lady did not shape my nails well at all than I asked for a simple daisy flower which she could not do and smeared the yellow into the white did not bother fixing it or asking someone else to help her out and do it if she couldn’t nails are thin as paper clear coat is not fully coated she did not bother to clean up my cuticles before starting the full set which is a first for me than I got my daughters nails polished with gel which was $22 but they did not bother cleaning up any of her nail cuticles which was extra and I was willing to pay for it and requested it after..yet no one ever came to do that! Felt they were pushing people out so fast and for the prices not worth it!!
