Family friendly! The hotel isnt far from major shops. It is walkable depends on the person. Vons is two blocks away, that's a plus! The hotel room included two beds one queen the other full size. There was a door that departed the main living area from the rest. The door created a small bedroom for with a sized bed. Everything was clean and neat. Checking in and out wasn't difficult and front desk staff were pleasant.

I did a triathlon in Long Beach and found this little gem of a hotel. I wasn't expecting much but this place blew me away. The room was perfect for me. Very nice and updated. Paula at the front desk was incredibly friendly. I could've talked to her all day. The rest of the staff was so nice. There are a lot of hotels around here but this will be my spot in the future.

I am leaving this review so NO ONE goes through the same thing that i went through. To start off i paid almost 600$ for the night and additional $200 deposit fee and I was only supposed to stay here from June 27-28 just for one night! They also have a NO pet policy but i did have a service dog certificate and papers showing that i need my dog with me but THEY DID NOT ALLOW IT. On top of that my friend and i was only in the room for about 20 minutes to drop our things and use the bathroom before going to our event. After returning from an event when 2 other tenants became hostile over a parking space which escalated us to call the cops. Then the front desk proceeded to kick us out stating we initiated the whole commotion and needed to leave the property at 2/3 AM. I requested a COMPLETE refund since we didn't stay not even a full HOUR at this hotel and was then DENIED stating we brought our 2 dogs in the room("which they needed to deep clean" when the dogs didn't even come inside the room AT ALL), used the shower, and was in the room for long period of time. PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Was easy to make reservation, staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and tidy. Very much enjoyed my shower after going to the beach, which is walking distance. Enjoyed walking to the sandwich deli shop right around the corner. Was great to wake up and walk right next door to the breakfast bar. Location of stay was great overall! Definitely recommend, wish I was able to stay longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay! The rooms were clean and cozy, the shower had decent pressure and the TV had solid channel choices. The location is amazing, its within 5-10 minutes of lots of restaurants and little shops. I didn’t have a car on this trip so it was a big plus to be able to walk around to get food and explore. 10/10 would stay here again.
