I cannot express enough how pleased and grateful I am for the IT support that I have received from IT Systems Solutions. In one instance they fixed a laptop that would take forever to turn on and that would randomly shut off. I gave them very little notice to make the repair since I needed a back up computer for a virtual event I was producing. Well thank God Miguel fixed it and it ran like brand new because my back up ended being my only option and it saved me!!! Today Miguel helped me remotely to install a virus protection, update my IPhone software via computer, shared resources, applications and told me how to share my files with my business partners as well as recommend IT gadgets that will make doing business a lot easier. They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and experienced and reasonable. Great for a solopreneur or small business!!!

I met Miguel in 2009 through a trusted mutual friend and have used his expert services many times over the years. He has helped me buy, set up and transfer information to 2 laptops during this time. Miguel has always been very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and has helped me immensely. He's also a great teacher for this mature adult. He's saved me lots of time by addressing issues and answering questions remotely. Not having to drive to a brick and mortar store and wait for assistance is wonderful and very convenient.
