I’m a little conflicted leaving this review because Joy was very lovely to talk to, but the experience fell way short of what I was expecting, and the conversations with the manager Chris was worse. Based on previous reviews, looks like this has happened before. (Final photo being the reference I showed). What I requested: warm balayage with lighter front pieces in the fronts to face frame. The issue here was that I had noticed that the highlights were a bit too brassy/yellow for my liking. There were some awkward highlight chunks, and none of the lighter pieces at the front that I had requested. I was honestly was willing to overlook it, but for $485 I figured I could just reach out to them the next day and see if maybe we could get rid of the yellow tones. They said they could squeeze me in, free of charge. Excellent. However, when Joy saw me and did note the brassiness, she said we could tone it down. I also requested those face framing lighter pieces as I had requested initially, but she said she didn’t have time for it since they were squeezing me in. Fair enough. Stephanie did such an amazing job with my haircut! I got a layered haircut done and honestly I trusted her completely with the style, length, and overall look — and she absolutely nailed it. She understood exactly what would suit me best and made my hair look so fresh, flattering, and effortless. The layers blend perfectly and the haircut has so much movement and volume. She was also super sweet, patient, and made the whole experience really comfortable. I walked out feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend Stephanie if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing!

I want to start off by saying thank you to my amazing hair stylist (LULU) she brought my haircut idea to life to say the least. I am beyond in loved with my haircut. After a slightly bad experience I did not touch my hair. No cuts, color or bleaching for over more than a year and she brought my hair confidence back. My hair feels healthy and more bouncy! Thank you Lulu for being so attentive and caring with my hair! Definitely always recommending you to everyone who asks/compliments my hair!!!

I had such a great experience with Kimberly. Before my appointment, I texted her about my hair struggles and sent a few current and inspiration photos. She asked a couple thoughtful questions about what I was hoping to fix and replied, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you.” And she absolutely did. Kimberly somehow took my thin, over-processed hair and turned it into something that actually looks healthy, dimensional, and easy to style. The cut and color made such a big difference. When I saw the final result, I was honestly shocked at the transformation. I might not be a hottie, but I might actually turn a few heads now. If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment with Kimberly, take it. She really knows what she’s doing and won’t disappoint.

My 8yo daughter got her haircut by Lulu today. The salon is very clean and well decorated. Lulu was nice, professional and gave my kid a great haircut. Will definitely be coming back.
