Very surprised this restaurant is not busy. They have really good burgers! They are Juicy! You put your own veggies and dressing on. The fries are cooked to order and taste great, not greasy. I couldn't take a picture because the burger was so good I couldn't stop eating it.

I ordered through their order system on Clover. The receipt said the order would be ready within 15 minutes. We arrived about 35 minutes after ordering and presented my order to the employee and she said: "we dont follow that and it will be another 5 minutes." It didn't seem too busy but it wasn't that much longer for my order, so I let that go. The employee called my name and then proceeded to staple my food order bag shut and I trusted that the order is good to go due to the great reviews. I should have opened the bag since it was our 1st time trying Juicy Burger out. I really wanted to love this place because the burgers themselves were tasty and cooked decently, this was the only part of the experience that was a hit. My mushroom burger unfortunately came without the mushrooms and onions I had requested, which was a letdown. On top of that, the French fries and onion rings were stale and served cold, which took away from the overall meal. There’s definitely potential here with how well the burgers tasted, but attention to detail and consistency—especially with orders and sides—would make a big difference.

Juicy Burger was a solid burger…tasty good in many ways. Finally got to the JB on Blossom Hill Rd, SJ in the Dick’s Sporting Goods Shopping Center. Immediately greeted by staff, who was friendly and helpful my entire visit. The store was clean; like really clean. I was impressed. The condiment and veggie tray area-clean, all tables-clean, the floor-clean. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. Diet Coke was served to me from the fountain, fries made to order were crispy and hot resembling the fries you’d get at the arch place. The burger was grilled by open flame and served atop a toasted sesame seed bun. From there…it’s up to you…sauces, veggies & toppings. Safe to say they had everything you’d want to put on a burger. I ended up saucing the bun with ketchup, mayo, mustard and stacking high with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, jalapeños and peppercini on the side. Had to use some force to close the container lid haha. Result was a great tasting burger cooked the way I desired, built the way I wanted, staffed by friendly folks, cooked and served in a short period of time. Wow! Juicy Burger sure hits it! I had just finished up with the installation of a Pinkly Furbuster Laser for Scraggly old Betty Bobinsled at her waxing salon, The Bermuda Triangle way out on Blossom Hill, and I remember driving past the Juicy Burger, and thinking what a great place it looks to be. Well..You betcha I'm going, and straight there too. As it turned out my bacon cheeseburger and rings were Amazing! 5 stars and they didn't even try hard to get them! ☆☆☆☆☆

Such a cute find! The customer service was great here lots of yummy options, really loved the make your own burger style I've never seen that before and I was able to make my burger exactly how I like it. It was juicy but I have to say I really didn't like how toasted my bun was, this is obviously an easy fix so I'll just be asking for a regular bun next time. The house sauce is SO GOOD please please please put this on everything you order also i believe the ranch is also homemade is was very good. I got the onion rings and they were juicy and super crunchy on the outside, I also ordered the fried mushroom burger, it sounds better than it is i probably would prefer just a grilled mushroom than the little crispy bits. Will definitely be back, i spent 20$ on my burger combo with an onion ring upgrade and went home with left over onion rings because they have great portions. 👍
