We couldn't have asked for a better experience hosting our wedding at JULEP Venue! The entire team was incredibly professional, staying completely on top of emails and appointments throughout the planning, which made our wedding day run absolutely seamlessly. A special shoutout to Anavictoria, who was an absolute joy to work with and always greeted us with a warm smile. Our guests also loved the ample parking, and the bar staff was fantastic, keeping the drinks flowing all night.

We held a beautiful research release event at JULEP Venue. Matthew provided everything we needed to host our guests, who complimented the beautiful indoor-outdoor space. We were able to fit an entire data walk inside, and many community partners. Even so, the hall felt spacious. Our catering team also praised the kitchen amenities as the "best" they ever worked in. We recommend JULEP and specifically Matthew for your next event!

Honestly, I don’t have enough words to say how perfect this space was for an International Women's Day event for 350 women. There was so much space, and the building itself is stunning. It’s not your typical boring hotel ballroom where you feel like you need to over-decorate or hide the space. The aesthetic stands on its own. High ceilings, beautiful design, and the indoor-outdoor flow in San Diego is unbeatable. Logistically, it was just as impressive. Plenty of restrooms (no long lines, which matters at events like this), and the breakout rooms were perfect for speaker prep and VIP experiences. My favorite part, though, was the team. They made load-in and load-out incredibly smooth, were hands-on, and made sure everything was set up exactly how we needed. And Snake Oil delivers such an elevated bar experience every time. As someone who plans events throughout the city every year, it’s always a relief working with a venue and team that truly make things easy. Highly recommend.

The minute we walked into JULEP, we knew it was our venue. We had our wedding there 8/17/24 and everything about it was PERFECT! Starting with the set up- it truly is a blank canvas that you can do so many different things with. We worked with Heather to go over lay-outs for the ceremony, the reception, how best to flip the room when the guests were enjoying cocktail hour out on the patio. While we had a guest list of 150, you could easily fit more without it feeling too crowded. The attention to detail and working with our other vendors was all so seamless. Snakeoil makes the BEST cocktails! All of our guests made comments about how great they were, and how little they had to wait in line for a drink, since Julep will set up satellite bars pending your guest count and the main bar is spacious and efficient. We served their version of the Paloma and the Eye of the Tiger, but the options were almost too good to narrow down! The location is perfect for those coming in from out of town. You get to show off San Diego and be close to downtown and Little Italy, all while having privacy at the venue. Our company Majesty In Motion has been hosting monthly events at this Venue. Staff and management is amazing. Great space with ample parking. Delicious drinks. Their agreement/contract is super user friendly. I would highly recommend the Julep Venue
