I had a major issue with a former employer of mine when they refused to do anything for me I was directed James. He made the process incredibly easy and he was on top of everything. He made the process very easy even though I’m not a very tech savvy type of person it was very simple and straight forward. When there were issues with delays I was able to reach out to him directly and communication between us was very casual like two friends having a nice chat. Even though these legal processes can be very stressful most times and full of anxiety. This was my first ever legal case and James made it a pleasure working with him. I never had to worry about anything and when I was feeling anxious I was able to reach out and speak to him he reassured me through the entire process and was very good at listening to my concerns and managing any and all issues that came up.
