Wonderful experience!! Dr. Bahmanpour is amazing. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and carefully explains everything in such a clear way. His team is also wonderful, especially Negar! She is extremely attentive, kind, and thorough, and has a great way of putting you at ease. I am so grateful for them and could not recommend more!!

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this private practice. While the doctor himself is decent, the administrative staff he employs are incredibly careless, rude, and a complete liability to your healthcare. Dealing with this office is a total administrative nightmare. They completely misfiled my paperwork. When confronted and told to look at my intake form, they claimed they "shred all intake papers." My doctor friend says this is unacceptable and possibly illegal if true. When caught in mistakes, they tried to deflect by bringing up completely irrelevant matters. They have the inability to follow simple directions: Even after my insurance representative called them directly and gave them a detailed, step-by-step list of exactly what needed to be done, the staff still managed to mess it up. My insurance rep even commented to me about how difficult, rude, and unprofessional the staff's conduct was during their call. The representative suggested I report them. Also, when I came into my general appointment, I was in immense pain and asked the front desk if they had a hot pad. They chuckled and said “this isn’t the ER”. Horrible experience. My PCP Dr. Abramowitz no longer works for Sharp, and so I was transferred to Dr. Bahmanpour automatically. I made my first appointment to see Dr. Bahmanpour 2 weeks out, at 10:30 AM. I came 15 minutes early as instructed and filled out their paperwork, and did the co-pay. While waiting, 1 of their staff told me Dr. Bahmanpour is late (at 10:40 AM). I asked her for an estimated time of his arrival. She said she doesn't know and that there are still 2 patients ahead of me. So I told her, oh no so it may be long then. She then said that it's expected to wait at their office because I am waiting to see a doctor. I decided to wait. By the time 11 AM hits, the MD was still not there. My appointment was at 10:30 AM. I cleared my busy schedule (family, kids, chores) to come to this appointment and here I am still waiting. With 2 patients still waiting ahead of me means once the MD is in, he will at least spend another 15 minutes with each patient (as any attentive MD should so they can address the patients' concerns). So not only was I waiting for an unknown amount of time on the MD coming, I was also waiting on at least another 30 minutes on top of it. No

I have been a patient of Dr Bahmanpour for 5 years now, and he has been the best doctor ever. He meets with you in the office and virtually, and he prescribes you with the best medications. I even once had to have an emergency text to text communication with him. When he talks to you, he asks you all sorts of questions about your health situation. He is well informed of all of the health issues facing people. He also refers you to the best specialists, from hearing to heart. I know that the office staff has to deal with a large number of patients and so they can get a little annoyed with my questions. Even so, they are extremely patient with me. In addition, when I’m in the hospital, he monitors my healthcare. I think that has happened a couple of times, he has even sent me to the hospital himself. I have had to get him to write me several prior authorization requests over the years for different reasons, even making requests from the insurance companies. I have to hand it to the office manager, NEGAR; she handles everything so efficiently!!! I am so grateful to have found Dr Bahmanpour. He has been so great for me and my family!!! He is an extremely caring physician.
