What an awesome coworking space! The staff is friendly and always ready to assist where they can. The place has a calm quiet vibe, with excellent art pieces and is spacious. There is so much life (by way of plants). I may be a bit biased where the plants are concerned since I'm the plant lady. Kiln has neat community and I quite enjoy my time there. Need a place to work away from home, maybe you're traveling, need to host a meeting. They have different size office options and open spaces and even outdoor areas. There's lots to see aaaand even an option to work and peddle in place while enjoying the fresh summer breeze. I personally love the kombucha on tap, the plants, art, and the cozy nooks to sit. Kiln’s Rancho Bernardo facility is far more than a shared workspace—it truly feels like a community. From my initial call to reserve a workspace to the day I toured the facility and selected my resident desk, the team was welcoming, responsive, and proactive in sharing all relevant information. Over the past six months, they consistently ensured my experience was seamless and enjoyable. The pride the team takes in their work is evident, and everyone went above and beyond to create an environment that is not only pleasant, but genuinely supportive. I will absolutely return when I take on my next project and highly recommend Kiln to anyone looking for a professional and thoughtfully run workspace.

I was fortunate to spend a day working in this beautiful co-working space. The representatives I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The space is well decorated and pleasant to work in. They have great coffee, sparking water, and even kombucha available. They have a large number of booths for taking calls, which is fantastic. Having an insufficient number of private spaces has been an issue for me at other co-working spaces. They also have many nice-looking small offices of various sizes available for lease.
