⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I shared the full story of my wedding ring repair in my Yelp review, but I still had to share the before-and-after pictures here because craftsmanship like this deserves to be seen. Their amazing work should not go unnoticed. I also had to bring in my bracelets. One bracelet sat noticeably higher than the other and constantly snagged on everything. I had been told by another jeweler that it couldn’t be framed lower, so I accepted it. Kim Quang Jewelry took a close look and, once again, made the impossible possible. The craftsmanship is flawless, and now my bracelets wear comfortably. Just as impressive as their work is their customer service. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming and genuinely cares. Linda is absolutely amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. She truly makes you feel like your jewelry is in the best hands. Kim Quang Jewelry has earned my trust time and time again. Their craftsmanship, honesty, and exceptional customer service are why they will always be my forever jeweler. I highly recommend them!

I can't express enough how pleased I am with the service at Kim Quang Jewelry! My fiancé and I stopped by to have my engagement ring resized, and it turned out I was almost two full sizes smaller than the size he'd originally purchased. The pricing was very fair, and they even polished my ring after resizing it. It honestly looks even more beautiful than the day he gave it to me. ❤️✨ We'll definitely be returning for future jewelry needs. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Edit: Corrected my typo!

My husband and I got our wedding bands here and it was the best decision ever! They had the type of design that he liked and even if he didn’t, they’re open to do custom rings as well! Which is exactly what my wedding band was. It was fairly simple, send the a picture of the design you have in mind, they’ll then let you know how long it should take and a blue print of the design that you would then need to approve before they move forward with it. We had probably started the process for our rings sometime in May and both were done the week before our wedding in June! We love our rings so much. We will definitely be coming back for any other jewelry pieces in the future as well.

Trust the reviews—this place is as great as everyone says it is! I had a simple Kay engagement ring and a custom double band wedding ring that I was looking to have soldered together. I took a chance because of the great reviews I saw for Kim Quang and I am beyond happy with my experience. The quote was more than reasonable and the staff are super friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. I thought I would have to drop the ring off and come back another day but the kind lady helping me estimated it would take an hour and a half! I went and got my car washed and as soon as I finished, I got a call saying they were ready—40 minutes later! They over delivered. Beyond the great customer service, the quality of the ring work itself is perfect. The jacket they added on looks so clean that it looks like I ordered it that way. They even polished my central engagement ring. I’m walking away with my ring all pretty and shiny and this whole transaction took less than 1 hour—wow! If I ever need any other jewelry work done, this place has my business, no doubt about it! Thank you Kim Quang Jewelers!!

I visited this shop today after seeing they offer custom jewelry work. I had a pendant from Hawaii that I liked, but I wasn’t happy with the bail. I brought it in and asked if they could match it to a gold pendant I already owned, and they were able to do exactly that. The quality of the work came out great, and the pricing was surprisingly good. I was also impressed with how quickly everything was done—it only took about an hour, which I wasn’t expecting at all. The staff were very friendly and helped me as soon as I walked in, getting everything taken care of efficiently. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for any additional jewelry work I need.
