What is happening here at Mixon's? The employees, who used to be quite polite and cordial, have suddenly become outright rude and dismissive of customers. Like, they want to inspire a confrontation. I understand, they have to deal with some bullshit sometimes but why direct it at me? I've been a loyal customer for over twenty years. Are they being mistreated in some way? It's truly strange and I do not understand it.

I been accused of stealing from the store by the short hair lady. Manager cleared my name the first time but this one makes 2x and its no one told me to leave whenever im inside and she isnt present. I want to see video or physical proof of me stealing whatever it was that I supposedly stole. When asked for a time frame and clarified the item she didnt give a reasonable response or none at all. This feels like Harassment due to the fact being no one else is claiming I stole just her and there's been other people inside who has stole but comes back in with no problem. It needs to be settled but only if we can keep it professional and like adults. I perfer to come to store in person and speak further on This

The employees there are always super nice and greet you as soon as you walk in, I love going there to buy my liquor because they have A BUNCH to choose from, they also have snacks and other food items in there.

The deli in the store is my favorite. I've been going here since 2001. Everyone that works here is so nice and friendly. Update: I took my Grandma here yesterday for lunch. She loved her sandwich and already making future lunch date plans for us to go again. I don't go Downtown often but anytime I do it's a MUST that I stop by for my fav deli sandwich...
