We had a very negative experience with this company and feel it is important to warn others. We paid approximately $3,000 for insurance coverage, yet did not receive the service or support that was promised. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue directly, the matter was not handled properly. As a result, we have taken legal action and filed a formal claim through our attorney. The company has been notified and will be receiving official correspondence shortly. We are confident that this situation will be addressed through the proper legal channels. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to exercise caution before purchasing insurance from this company. It is important to carefully review all terms, confirm coverage details, and ensure that you are dealing with a provider that operates transparently and in good faith. We hope this serves as a warning so others do not face similar issues.

I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with West LA Insurance. From the beginning, the process felt misleading and full of unexpected extra charges that were never clearly explained upfront. What was initially presented as a straightforward policy quickly turned into a series of added fees for even the smallest changes — something that feels completely unfair and unprofessional. I trusted them to handle my insurance needs honestly, but instead, I felt taken advantage of. Charging additional fees for basic updates or information that was already discussed is not acceptable. It creates the impression that the goal is not to support clients, but to maximize charges wherever possible. This has caused me not only financial stress but also a loss of trust. Insurance is supposed to provide security and peace of mind — not confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services to others, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to carefully review all terms and hidden costs before committing. I expect transparency, fairness, and professionalism — and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Lying piece of work that doesn't have basic logical sense. Hripsime "Emily" Sa****** is the agent. Bottomline: she sold me a policy thats $6000 ($22000 total) more so she can make $100 more in comission. She lied saying the other carrier quoted $28000 for only liability when in reality the carrier quoted $16000 for full insurance which I figured out from other agents. Carriers dont quote drastically different prices thru different agents. I gave her the opportunity to prove otherwise by providing me the actual quote for $28000($14000/unit) from the carrier which she refused to do so. I'm not against businesses making money. But this is just shady busienss practice. She had the audacity to say that my quotes are higher initially because of my nationality even though I have clean loss runs. Run elsewhere. All good reviews are either bought or people who don't know that they're being duped. Response to the reply: See how they never address the issue about 2nd quote that she lied about the quote she said she had for $14000/unit which she refused to provide? That's all you need to know. I didn't expect any resolution as we all know would never happen once you sign below the famous do

I recently worked with Greg and I can’t recommend him highly enough! In today’s extremely tight insurance market, finding a competitive rate felt nearly impossible — but Greg went above and beyond to make it happen.He took the time to understand my specific needs, shopped multiple carriers, and ultimately secured me the best coverage at a significantly lower rate than I expected. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he was always quick to answer my questions (even after hours). I wish I could give him moon instead of stars 🤣🤣
