Francine from L34 Group is an incredible agent. She is patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable. Our particular circumstances were tricky. We are new to the states and there were extra hurdles to jump through as buyers. She guided us every step of the way and helped us find the perfect home. We wanted a 12 day close and she had to do so much heavy lifting to make that possible, but never once made it feel like a burden. She was incredibly supportive throughout the inspection period, organizing vendors and offering insights on things we hadn't considered. We had an outstanding experience working with Francine Biton and the entire L.34 Group team to sell our home. The process was much longer and more complex than a typical sale.
