An excellent selection of cuts including ribeyes, dino ribs, tomahawks, and Wagyu. All of your Mexican favorites as well including al pastor. My ribeye turned out perfectly - excellent marble and flavor.

Fresh high quality specialty cuts from a real butcher shop. Finally! Staff is friendly and the shop is very clean. Value is better than Whole Foods and less expensive. This place is a great find. They have Cowboy Ribeyes and Outside Skirt that I can’t find at supermarkets

The selection of meat is impressive with very high-quality cuts. I particularly recommend their pre-marinated chicken—it’s delicious and makes weeknight dinners so much easier.
