Made me go back home to grab my documents and certificates from home to fill out an application for work. Came in, took a survey asking if I'm regularly involved in drugs, fights, or insurance scams. I stated "never", truthfully, and I somehow FAILED the survey. They said come back in 3 months and take it again. Reading other reviews, I think I failed the moment I checked off "Asian" in the race section rather than "Hispanic/Latino".

My first day of work was excellent. Labor Finders gives people a chance to work if they want to work hard and get along with others. I appreciate the opportunity very much! Also, the construction site I worked at was extremely well organized, and the supervisor on site was knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience. Looking forward to working with this company for the indefinite future.

very rude service when i came in 1 week or so ago. They made me do an hour worth of computer work I could have done at home. Just for them to tell me my identification wasn't enough ( I had my SSN, original birth certificate and a picture of my id) they just denied me and basically said come in 30 days and I said I don't have 30 days to find work. I got very upset as they wasted an hour's worth of my time to tell me something they could have said at the beginning when I gave my identification. The workers at the front desk were scrolling on tik tok/instagram the whole time.I heard the tik toks from my computer. It was a very unprofessional location and all they had to say was they couldn't accept my form of idenfication at the start before I worked on the computer for an hour. They also could have listed the other things I could have brought. But it was obvious they didn't have the energy for me (i must have came in too early 9am must be early for them lol)

First day I went to the branch I met Arturo and one other staff member and they were able to put me to work right after I filled out their application for the following day. Explained to me the specifics in details of how they work and showed me great efficiency when it came to communication.
