One of my favorite places to walk my dog, especially at sunset. The lake looks beautiful in the evening, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Thereβs plenty of space to walk, enjoy the views, and unwind after a long day. It can get a little busy on weekends, but I always enjoy coming back.

This park is an absolute abomination. Trash quite literally EVERYWHERE. It genuinely looks like a third world country. The city should be deeply ashamed, this park COULD be beautiful if it was taken care of! I was simply following a trail on All Trails and it took me through literal homeless encampments. I am distraught at the state of this supposed βwildlife preserveβ π

Very scenic park right in the middle of the city. Well maintained and very serene environment. Boating is fun and several trails for walking or running. Loved it.

Nice lake with a very peaceful atmosphere. There are public bathrooms available, which makes the visit comfortable. There are so many birds around, great for watching nature and relaxing. The walking trail around the lake is beautiful, and a full circle takes about 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. A great spot for a calm walk and some fresh air.
