6/8/2026 - I came in as I had an issue with the bolts for my TV mounting bracket that require a longer bolt. Was with my friend at the time that was helping me with the project - and we had a hard time finding what we were looking for. We inquired with of the associates that was there Nathan - and he asked us some basic questions. With his knowledge and expertise he was able to assist us with finding what we were looking for but the attitude that came with it was not warranted. I did not know it at the time but this was a past teacher of mine from high school that has some personal grudge with me still. Mentioning my last name in a condescending nature and referencing incidents of my past. Was very uncomfortable by the whole experience as this was not expected from a employee. After we had what we need he told me specifically to "stay outta trouble". I don't need to be belittled by a store employee when I was only there for a simple request. Everyone else was friendly and helpful besides Nathan. So much for helpful neighbors...

Wow, really nice, spacious, and easier to navigate than our local Ace. Would definitely patronize a local Ace rather than bigger HD or Lowe's, but sometimes you need a bit more than Ace can provide so HD.. Really friendly staff- younger ones can point you to the right general area. Not exactly the expertise you, sometimes (more rarely lately), can get at HD. So: NICE NOT CROWDED FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES + some plants, and extras bridging the gap between "local" vs big corporate hardware stores.

My daughter and I stopped in to find an item. We were greeted by an associate immediately and asked if I needed help finding anything. They looked it up in their system and explained it was available to be ordered to be delivered to me or the store. Unfortunately I needed it sooner. I decided to look around and was drawn to the selection of BBQ smokers, grills and accessories. Another associate spent time going through a few different options with the Egg kamado. He seemed very knowledgeable. At checkout, I was asked if I was a member of Ace Rewards which I was not. She gave me a coupon for my next visit and told me about another offer just for downloading the app. What a great experience from the moment I walked in and left!

The positive part of my visit was that Chuck was VERY helpful and Carlos matched my paint PERFECTLY. The negative part of my visit was that only Carlos was trained on the paint machine. There were at least 4 other employees working that I saw, but only Carlos had been trained in paint mixing. I was asked to wait “just a minute” about 5x between Carlos & Chuck. Carlos was helping a man purchase a chainsaw. I totally understand that a chainsaw is a big purchase for the customer AND the store. Unfortunately ,I was left standing at the paint counter for more than 20 minutes. It seems silly that more employees are not empowered to help with paint. I had other errands to do that day & could have returned and come back if the employees had been realistic and said, it will be at least 30 minutes, can you come another time? Unfortunately they just kept promising “just one more minute”. Perhaps they should put some chairs in the paint area. Training others to use the paint mixer would also be a good idea. I got frustrated, attempted to leave when Carlos begged me to come back. He eventually made my paint and was very polite and apologetic. But really, none of it should have happened. Ju

This place is a party. This ACE has all of the requirements of a great hardware store. Good nuts & bolts, tools , plumbing, electrical, and gardening. They have a great music selection playing here. It's like they have a DJ selecting all of the best 90s house music from all over. It was rad. Good parking and staff.
